its support to its customers remotely via telephone,
remote-control/remote-access, email, or WebEX
and SecureMeeting.
Quarterly or
Annual Technical Support Contracts
Foundation Systems Group LLC offers a variety
of Technical Support Contracts to provide an
outsourcing solution to organizations that do
not want to own or operate systems or networks
that are not part of their core business, and
lets them focus on their core competencies and
business strategy.
Technical Support Contracts are typically obtained
to outsource technical support of specific systems
or networks, augment existing support staff, and/or
to lock-in discounted consulting rates.
Contracts are available for three, six, and twelve
month terms. Multi-year contracts are also available
upon request. Additional discounts are available
for contracts that exceed the standard term or
standard hours per month. All contracts are pre-paid
either quarterly or annually to lock in the applicable
service level and consulting rate discount(s).
